I hate to say it man, but Bush belongs in that list too.He has proven that he is definitely not a fiscal conservative and his domestic policies leave a lot to be desired - especially when it comes to immigration.
I know Bush is disappointing on spending and immigration. But I think we cannot equal him to the far left in the list.
